How to deal with the derailment of roller in elevator part

Installation steps and methods

1. Lift base (base) mounting and leveling of level gauge. Position the jack-up platform so that the center line of the frame and the center line of the column coincide.

2. The rod shall be installed on the self-elevating platform and the wire rope shall be worn. Install the first set of vertical columns, and place the standard joint into the frame, and connect with the base bolt. The net distance of the track surface of the vertical column shall be controlled within 1985mm, and the deviation of the vertical degree shall be no more than 1.5‰.

3. Place the lifting pulley on the top of the two columns installed, and thread the lifting wire rope. Use electric hoist to lift jack-up platform. Pull the expansion card back to the clamping position, until the bottom of the expansion card is equal to the first grid of the top face of the vertical column, reset the expansion card plate, relax the lifting wire rope, remove the lifting pulley and place it on the platform.

4. Install the second set of standard joints with the rods. Before tightening the bolts, make sure that the first set and the second set are on the same vertical line and the deviation of the joint is less than 0.5mm. Install and fix the weight beam.

5. Install the stiffening brace and tighten the connecting bolts above, check the vertical deviation of the standard joint of the lift installed, and adjust it to meet the requirements.

6. Check whether the pressure and weight connection is reliable. Install the hoist and install the grounding device as required.

7. Put in the basket, wind the wire rope and install the safety device. At this point, the basic elevator installation is ready. The third set of standard sections is put into the hanging basket, and the lifting basket is close to the ultimate height. Then, the third set of standard sections is installed with the bar, and the lifting pulley is placed on the top of the third set of standard sections, and step 6 lifting platform is repeated.

8. Continue to raise the door frame to the specified first use height, and install the lift and stop bracket on the corresponding height, then it can be put into trial operation. When door frame is set up to rise 6m when height, should set first adherent, every after every 3 meters increase one.
